THE WORK WE CAN DO

  • Internal Family Systems

We all carry parts — the one that protects, the one that performs, the one that's still waiting to be heard. IFS gives us a way to get curious about those parts instead of at war with them, so the system you've built to survive can finally relax into one you actually want to live in.

  • EMDR

ome things don't resolve just by talking about them — they're stored differently, in the body's own filing system. EMDR helps the nervous system finish processing what got stuck, so a memory can become something that happened to you instead of something still happening to you.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Not every uncomfortable thought needs to be fixed or argued with — some just need room. ACT is how we practice making space for what's hard while still moving toward the life and values that matter to you, instead of waiting for the discomfort to leave first.

  • Somatic Work

    Somatic Work

The body keeps score long after the mind has moved on. This work slows things down enough to notice what's happening beneath the story — tension, breath, bracing — so healing isn't just something you understand, it's something you feel land.

  • Mindfulness

Less a technique, more a homecoming. We use mindfulness to practice being where you actually are, on purpose, without the usual autopilot — which turns out to be the ground everything else stands on.

  • Couples Work

    Couples Work

Most conflict isn't really about the dishes. Drawing on the Gottman Method and an IFS-informed lens, we get underneath the pursue-withdraw cycle to the parts and needs actually driving it, so you're finally fighting for each other instead of against each other.
